Thurman Carl was a very special cousin. His charming ways, sense of humor and terrific personality endeared him to us all. I have lots of good memories of him, Elma and you, Vicki, at Aunt Ida's in the pool hall and the "eating parties". The good natured teasing with Uncle Ed and Uncle Clarence and Idie. The spirited games of pool We won't be able to attend any of the services (Atlanta is just too far away). But our thoughts and prayers are with you, Vicki, and your family. Mom and dad are well but unable to make the trip. They are also thinking of you and remembering a fine nephew. God bless you and be with you. Love, Peggy and Don

I went to High School with Thurman graduating in 1954. Although we both relocated to Northern Ohio, Thurman to Elyria and I to Westlake in 1954, we never socialized together. My wife, Millie Walker Moore and I would see Thurman and Alma at the Class Reunions. We attended the 25th, 35th, 40th and 50th reunion. We missed the 55th Class Reunion last year due to surgery. Our condolences to his daughter and family.
